Returns reservation options for a train leg. Staff v1 groups products
within each option; staff v2 returns the passenger profile and tariff
for each option. Both use the RARS v2 transport. The existing endpoint
returns HTTP 201, including when RARS reports no schedule or availability;
inspect error_code and error_message in that case.
